美国工作形势不怎么样，毕业1年多找不到工作的大有人在。h1名额每年很少，公司想雇你都没办法。 现在美国贷款二级市场垮了，房地产危机更是风雨欲来，一些金融贷款公司，hedge fund公司倒闭了，大量裁员。 今后美国的经济走下坡路3－5年是必然，所以不要对毕业后的工作形势太乐观。相对来说中国更有潜力，不过who knows Where did you get this information? Subprime mortgage crisis is an issue but I dont think the impact will last 3-5 years. Plus, its main impact is on the leveraged finance market instead of the entire investment bank industry. Yes, it is true that some hedge funds went bankrupt (1 from GS and 2 from Bear Stearns) but if you compare this number with the number of IBs in the U.S, it's not that big a deal (at least up till now). However, I do agree to be conservative about the job market in the U.S, esp for people who want 2 move into finance after graduation. |
