我有点迷糊的是ENSURE是充分还是必要条件
如A ENSURE B ＝＝ A->b, 还是B->a,或根本没有条件关系
Freedom of speech ensures that such information will reach the ears of government officials.
是INFORMTAION->FREEDOM OF SPEECH?

ABCE都是说明Freedom of speech 没有什么用的了，这种说明应该不会很难看出来的，你自己先看
D里面的就不知道在说些什么了，和原文就没有什么关系，所以答案要选NOT undermine 那么不是无关就是加强咯，所以无关当然就是它咯

这个逻辑有问题，很显然，言论自由可以保证人们的声音传到政府，但也还可以有很多其他方式啊，不让我说话，我就跳搂，我就搞爆炸，呵呵，这样政府也会知道我想要什么，所以 freedom of speech 只是政府知道人民心声的一种途径，并不是所有
这其中的充分或是必要你就自己去看了

楼上的见解的确有理！

从逻辑的角度来讲，我觉得ensure是充分条件！

而从结论，就可以直接推出a healthy state->freedom of speech，这推理和前面没有什么关系吧？？

我觉得LSAT里，有时也不能靠纯逻辑。这里好像只能靠语感和排除法。哪位大侠再指点一下。
