CD标准答案:

1.基本上托福过了最低线(多数都是100),就不会对申请有影响的;

2.申请是一个综合工程,一个package。你的gpa,工作经验,T/G,essay,面试等等。把重点放在essay上。

If that's the case, why can't you set the un-precedented record? Before you rush to application, you'd better have trust in yourself first.

Put it this way, from the school's perspective, GMAT helps provide an overall standard for evaluating all students.  TOEFL helps provide a standard for evaluating the pool of international students.  Essays, recommendation, and interview are other ways to find out how well the applicant can communicate.

From the applicant's perspective, if you are a good test taker, won't hurt to bump your score up so that you stand above others in this area.  If you can write well and speak well, it would probably be more effective for you to spend the time preparing your essays, interview, and helping your recommenders.  Make sure your weakness doesn't hinder you (the scores you have now shouldn't) and then work on highlighting your strength.
