請問NN

不好意思,請問NNㄧ題AWA的新題(十月JJ),題目如下所述

考的是studies show that not-for-profit的员工工作效率更高因为他们意识到他们工作的重要性,他们即使在没有AWARD的情况下也能有high productivity,所以for-profit organizations应该仿造not-for-profit公司进行一些人道主义援助,以提高员工的积极性。

感覺好像不太好寫,希望高手可以提供一下論點,非常感謝幫忙!!!

AA原题:Studies have found that employees of not-for-profit organizations and charities are often more highly motivated than employees of for-profit corporations to perform well at work when their performance is not being monitored or evaluated. Interviews with employees of not-for-profit organizations suggest that the reason for their greater motivation is the belief that their work helps to improve society.
        
Because they believe in the importance of their work, they have personal reasons to perform well, even when no financial reward is present. Thus, if our corporation began donating a significant portion of its profits to humanitarian causes, our employees’ motivation and productivity would increase
        
substantially and our overall profits would increase as well.”

Companies should not try to improve employees’ performance by giving incentives—for example, awards or gifts. These incentives encourage negative kinds of behavior instead of encouraging a genuine interest in doing the work well

言归正传. (偶讲的不是很清楚,大家凑合着拍吧)

开头:The arguer commits a logic fallacy in reasoning that the donation of a large part of its profits will contribute to the employee's motivation increasing as what happened in the non-profit.. Also, there exist a high possibliites that the plan to donate a significant portiion of its profits can't lead the company to the success expected. 推论错误,而且很有可能捐赠计划并不能达到预期结果。

1、 Analogy flaw, neglect the distinct difference between non-fofit work  that helps to improve society and common companyas a result of large amount of donation, disappointment will arouse when the employees suffered from a decrease on payoff, which will discourage the employees adversely. 类比错误:忽视了非盈利机构和普通公司的区别。捐赠大部分的利润给charity,雇员可能会失望,如果他们因此必须承受相应的收入降低的话,反而会影响雇员的工作情绪,导致生产力下降。

2、Admittedly, the certain amount of donation to humanity causes will bring the company good corporate image which, as a important factor, will enhance the employees' loyalties. However, since why the employees lacks motivition and productivity is unclear, donations' contribution to the the change are still open to discuss. 捐赠可以树立企业形象增强雇员对企业的依赖感和忠诚度,但由于员工缺少激励的原因并不清楚,所以此举在提高员工对本职工作的热情方面的作用不得而知。

3、可行性差:即使这种方法有效,但由于成本太高,影响企业经营效果,很可能引致stareholder的反对。

结论:By narrowing his focus on financial awards issue and ignored the critical differences between non-profit work and donations, the arguer exaggerated the cause-and-effect relationship between donations and employees' motivation and productivity. 过于注重物质方面,忽视了非盈利性工作和捐献的差别,作者扩大了捐献和雇员受到激励努力工作之间的关联,而且可行性比较差。如果作者可以更多地证明,说明缺少生产率和激励是由于对公司的声誉不满意引起的,那么这个论断将更有说服力。
