刚开始复习的mm问两道pp上的数学题

P.S.  复习的时候，应该怎样排列og, 新东方的真题以及qyq、lzm等强人的分析书籍的顺序呢？在此拜谢各位大虾了！

第一题是11000，132000/（1*1+1.1*10)。

第二题是40% increase，A^2/B=((根号2*A)^2/2B

第一题谁能解释一下思路，不大懂啊！

第一题,相当于若132000 被11均分, 每个街区是12000, 若no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than the population of any other district的话, 我用的是笨的排除法, 只有在11000的时候满足条件~~其他的情况都可以举出反例.
