Motorcycle-safety courses, offered by a number of organizations, teach motorcyclists important techniques for handling their vehicles and for safely sharing the road with other road users. If more motorcyclists took these courses, there would be fewer serious motorcycle accidents. Data show that 92 percent of the motorcyclists who are involved in a serious motorcycle accident have never taken a motorcycle-safety course.

In assessing whether the data cited provide support for the position taken about more motorcyclists’ taking the courses, it would be most useful to determine which of the following?

结论：如果更多的摩托车手参加安全培训，那么涉及摩托车的严重事故就会大幅下降

这题逻辑是这样的
如果安全课程无效，那么可以想见的是，无论参加过，还是没参加过，涉及严重事故的百分比应该和自身对应的百分比基本一致

涉及严重事故的人：92% 的人没参加安全培训，相应的没参加
安全培训的人应该占总摩托车手的92%；同理， 8%接受过的培训的，在严重事故中也应该占大致8%。

A.参加过安全培训的大幅超过8%，比如说20%

想想，参加过安全培训的占总摩托车手的20% ，如果培训无效，那涉及严重事故时，这部分人也应该大致占20%，可事实上只有8%。。。那安全培训有效果

同样，如果不超过8% （等于低于）
等于时直接说明没啥效果嘛，占总摩托车人口8%，占严重车祸也8% 。。正常比例嘛
如果远低于8%，比如2%
那直接削弱了。占总摩托车人口2%，可占严重事故中8%，远超比例。说明安全培训反而使涉及严重事故概率大增。或许参加安全培训后，摩托车手会认为自己啥都懂，反而更粗心大意而造就车祸

简言之，远大于8% ，增加结论；等于低于8%都削弱结论

写的太复杂了
a他说百分之八你就假设只有百分八的人学习了这个course
那么全部人里面就有92的没学
刚好出车祸的也只有92 那就说明这个学跟没学其实是没区别的

最后一句打错了吧，搞得我越看越糊涂，应该是“那就说明这个学跟没学其实是有绝对区别的”
因为学了就不出事故，不学的就出事故了

题干里说严重事故的司机里92%没学过安全课程，说明8%学过；结论想支持安全课程，即学了就能避免事故。

A选项的8%是临界点，如果远高于8%的人（比如取极值100%）学过，但是还有92%出事故，说明学了没用，反驳了结论；如果只有8%的人学了，说明学了100%有用，可以支持结论！

我的理解是
如果參加課程的人只有8%，代表是整個騎士群體=8%的人上課，92%的人沒上課
嚴重車禍就與上課無關了
