这道题我做了三次错了三次，examine到底是怎么就算examine？？？我觉得文章整体是在描述啊。。。要一件事情理论上预测发生然后实验什么的观测到发生那才叫做examine呀

大家是怎么看的？

据说在做mainidea的题目的时候，第一个动词可以起到很大的排除选项的作用。如果本来文章是argumentation的话，可以用首动词排除选项；但是如果是presentation的话（你说的这篇似乎就是），就要看情况了，首动词往往意义不大。个人觉得mainidea的题目比较简单，没有必要为了节约时间用首动词的方法，况且这种提问方式也不完全是mainidea的，所以这一类题目我节选一段杨继老师的书上的话吧（虽然是说in order to类型的题目）：“答案选项第一个主动词并不具判别意义，不管是illustrate、give an example、verify，还是别的词汇，都是平等意义的，不需要过多关注。”

只说了一个方面,第一段中花了很大的笔墨说明生物钟的作用,没有CHANGE,所以B 所描述的范围变小了呢?
