原文的逻辑是，老的治疗方法要7天，但是很多人在第三天就不吃药了，所以很容易再次感染。而新的治疗方法只用三天，所以如果用新的治疗方法的话，再次感染发生的可能性要比老的方法低（因为人们停止吃药的时候已经完全好了）
B说的是新的药价格和旧的一样，这与使用两种治疗方法发生再次感染的几率没有关系。

GMAT就是考混淆。 原文说7day course, 3 day course是说客观上需要的天数让病完全治好， 选项里patients feel fully recovered是主观觉得好，两者是不同的。其实没好， 但是自己觉得好了，就不吃药了所以病情才会复发呀。 我乍一看，还以为是weaken呢，想了半天豁然开朗。
