求解GMAT2020 3.1 测试题

a marketing firm determined that, of 200 households surveyed, 80 used neither Brand A nor Brand B soap, 60 used only brand A soap, and for every household that used both brands of soap, 3 used only brand B soap. How many of the 200 households surveyed used both brands of soap?
(for every household that used both brands of soap, 3 used only brand B soap.)不太理解这句话，答案解析里面给的是 用B是 用A和B的三倍。新手刚开始准备，想知道这个是GMaT很常用的一种表达吗？

这个句子如果写成正常语序，把容易造成误解的every替换成one：3 used only brand B soap for one household that used both brands of soap. 是不是就很容易理解了。GMAT的行文确实对non-native会造成一定困扰，多思考一下表达者为什么要倒过来说。如果目标是你的ID中的700分的话，SC中类似的句子是必须要一遍读下来就能明白的。不过你还有二十多天，时间充分，我首考也就准备了23天，相信自己。
