Do you have a masters from the US or somewhere else?
Your working experience as described here is not quite relevant. This may be considered but won't necessarily translate into an advantage.
You had better calm your expectations and focus on schools ranked 80-100.

Thank you very much for your advice. I have only a bachelor degree, but my working experience has much to do with research in OB.
I will think it through which suites me best. thanks

是啊,看到二位的回复,信心有点不足。这两天重新思考了一番。 Master我应该是很好申请,但是对我来说,我已经在top公司做HR,Master in HR/ Management 对于我现在放弃工作去读没有太大的意义,除非是先读Master去跳板到Phd. 在读M的同时去申请Phd,但不知道这样的可能性大不大?不知道你有何建议呢?
另外,关于MBA,我们在做招聘的时候一个明显的感觉就是MBA要想成为优势,则需要之前有较为丰富的工作经验,同时是TOP B School的会比较有意义。我工作经验只有两年左右,现在读MBA意义不大。

If you REALLY prefer PhD career path, then you may want to read and understand journal articles in your interested field. Then you could see what they do.
Your working exp. may fit some professors' research interests. That will help, if they find your exp. essential to their current or future researches. You may want to contact a few of them via your professional network.
