个人看法:
题干的意思:
保险公司要求医生写很详细的文档同时注意不要偏离公司的治疗准则.而十年前不是这样,那时医生有更多的自主权.于是医生抱怨这样一来没有足够的时间去治疗病人.而实际情况是现在医生平均花在每次治疗上的时间在过去十年中是增长的.
其实这种医生个人的感觉和实际情况的差异可以有很多解释,但落脚点应该是"花在每次治疗上的时间是如何增加的.",选项中只有B直接而有明确地回答了这个问题.
