A不对因为是OUT OF SCOPE.

坏后是否恢复不是讨论范畴,

A项说大脑恢复不恢复和语言功能没有直接关系,首先大脑坏了语言系统也不一定坏,恢复了语言系统也不一定好.

其次恢复与否是以后的事,如果中风以后有DAMAGE语言功能,但后来又恢复了,其实还是有DAMAGE,

所以不是假设
