B选项该怎么翻译呢, "outside the teaching profession" 只说了代表"非教师群体", "代表教师群体"是怎么理解出来的呢?

知道B为什么对了, 又看了两遍题,怎么觉得A也对呢,A也是说离开和没离开有相同的实力得到高工资啊(有相同比例的人能得到35000元以上),能再解释一下吗,谢谢....

是不是因为A中的ONE-THIRD 和原文中的30  ERCENT不符所以A选项不对呢?
