a错的原因是:

 ilot error is not a contrubuting factor in most airline accidents

假设题取非削弱结论

将它取非，不一定削弱原来的结论（同样事故不再发生并导致另外错误的），　现取非如下：

如果Pilot error is  a contrubute factor in most airline accidents，这句话意味着可能还有其它部分因素导致事故，就不一定削弱原文的结论

如果这句话改为Pilot error is not the only contrubuting factor in all airline accidents,就会是答案了

Ｅ错的原因同样是most pilots who make............中＂most＂t的的错误，

大多数飞行员不会重复错误，意味着小部分还是可能会重犯错误的，

那么就反对不了结论（同样事故不再发生并导致另外错误的），　

如果是ＡＬＬ，的话就会是答案

而且最主要的是Ｄ中investigators should contribute to accidents架了一座很好的桥， 如果investigators 没有用，

就不会出现（for only then can changes to ensure error not recure)，那么就直接削弱结论

for only then是个很关键的一段话
