没有必要强调是“他们本身的”利益，句子意思只是陈述一件事情：公司给予什么优惠，让员工可以......（其实这一点我认为还是有点牵强，希望有大神纠正补充）

从另外一个角度看，作为一个代名词themselves, 用在这里会产生歧义
-letting employees pick the most important to themselves
-letting employees pick the most important to themselves
这里究竟是强调员工自己选择这个动作，还是强调对于他们来说很重要这一点呢？

综上，A选项就挺棒棒的

those是指benefits

1.修饰前面一个句子的动作，且前面句子动作的主语和“, ing”主语一样
