请问 what is the combined area of the front and back of a rectangular sheet of paper measuring 8.5 inches by 11 inches什么意思

这题的意思是一张纸的前面跟后面合起来的面积是多少？

measuring 8.5 inches by 11 inches表示纸的长宽规格

PS：我当初看题时觉得很奇怪measuring 8.5
inches by 11 inches是不是已讲了combined area的总面积，因为the front and
back of a paper有个and，但是其实measuring 8.5 inches by 11 inches只是仅修饰到paper而已。
