倒是跟排名无关，其实也有认识真的一路从top 藤本+硕 杀进 top law/ib/consulting firm 再一将功成做到大par的老人，在现代服务业的大bubble里亚裔本身就是个减分项，中国人+少数群体那就是减分项中的战斗机了。after all人也都只是想过生活，所以也没有太高的成就期待。

但是啊，g确实低了一点太丢人，就当是懒癌晚期患者的一次自我救赎吧这就开始复习规划重考！

Hey there,
Well, I think you have a nice profile. My thought is in general, unless you have a big reason to rush, waiting one more year will be a good idea. I mean, if you are happy at your job and learning things, your profile will be a bit stronger if you apply next year, plus you can use this time to improve your profile.. like improving the GMAT (which you should definitely do if you think you can!) if you think you can do better, or doing more volunteer work, or activities, or looking for more leadership…

So from an Admissions chances perspective, my advice is that you wait. Buuuut if you have other good reasons personal or professional, then you can give it a shot this year too. It all depends on the specifics of your situation.

Hey Jon,

Thanks, your advice really helps and you did hit my pain point -- gmat and leadership. I think I underestimated the weight of Gmat in the whole package and yes, I will definitely work hard on it for the next several months and make a decision based on my next score.  

I think I will still have a try this year regardless of the obstacles. I don't know, kind of feel that I am looking more for the excitement than for the outcome itself.
