收到Darden一个邮件

if last year's trend continues, there is a decline of applications across the board at almost all schools (I'm comparing it w/ the 2000-2003 level). Though it does seem like Darden is taking a bit of extreme measure to recruit prospectives...On the other hand, while I was on campus interviewing, my interviewer said that Darden (and one of the main task of the new Dean) is working hard to increase Darden's brand name. Perhaps this is part of their strategy.

其实很多学校即使不通知，仍然有可能是rolling basis的录取。前天去听gwu的information session,是针对所有学生的，包括mba，和其他master，当时那些人就说我们录取是rolling basis。但是我想这对国际学生意义不大，尤其是需要第一次取得签证的xdjm来说。
