Hello there,
Well you just need to write them a very nice letter, which says why you are interested in going there. Since the TOEFL measures your English, you want to make sure to emphasize any PROOF that your English is good, like for example, project you work on, clients you have who speak english, trips abroad, (Esp. business trips) and so on. They just want to make sure that you are going to understand the coursework!
