求助，逗号加分词的形式一定都是状语修饰吗

在曼哈顿6版语法中，有提到带逗号的分词，不管是现在分词还是过去分词的结构都是做状语修饰的，但是og中在解释这种情况时，有时候逗号加现在分词说是修饰前面的名词。这样的话修饰名词不就变成定语了吗，还是说og中是想说做状语时，逻辑的主语应跟所修饰的部分主语是一致。
比如og13中104
