[求助]几个语法问题

做题过程中发现有几个语法我还不是很清楚，盼NN指教啊

1、consider sth. as sth. 这里的as是不是可以是省略啊

2、OG-81

81. In 1973 mortgage payments represented twenty-one percent of an average thirty-year-old male's income; and forty-four percent in 1984.

(A)  income; and forty-four percent in 1984

(B)   income; in 1984 the figure was forty-four percent

(C)  income, and in 1984 forty-four percent

答案为B，中选项C答案不对的原因，就是因为没有说清楚原题吗？按理说，英文不是不喜欢wordy的语句吗，该句省略为什么不可以啊，是不是因为存在了逗号的原因？

3、OG-88中，

88. The Emperor Augustus, it appears, commissioned an idealized sculpture portrait, the features of which are so unrealistic as to constitute what one scholar calls an "artificial face."

(A)  so unrealistic as to constitute

(B)  so unrealistic they constituted

答案为A，如果不是因为C答案时态不对，是不是选so that比so as to好些啊，我不太清楚so as to在这里表达的意思和so that 一样么

4、every thirty-two pupils后面谓语动词应该跟单数还是复数形式啊

主谓省略的情况是在主从句中,主从句的主谓相同,从句主谓可以省略.这里是两个并列的合句,不是从句.
