求问：30岁后去欧洲读MBA/MSF？

楼主计划31岁读mba，如果读LBS，出来33，然后去伦敦投行作associate? 不知道哪个投行会要那么大龄的，或者你又有多少精力去做，更不知道那时候那些行业还有多少再招人.....

maybe consider going out 1 year earlier (30), and go for a shorter program (e.g. LBS MiF, Ox MBA), then is 31........seems still in the higher end of the range?
不用轉行, 只轉location, 一年夠用的了.

这确实是我担心的问题。时不我与，没有办法。我想着去买方机构，如PE，可能希望会大一点。

坚决不转行，类投行业务不变。一是成本高耽误不起，二是很喜欢这行业。31的话也会比普通的情形至少大出4、5岁的样子吧。

有32岁oxford mba毕业的来我司（一家二流咨询）的
另外纯粹为了留在国外的话，其实HEC之类的一年制硕士足够（前提语言够好），没必要在国内浪费时间。

咨询公司我觉得不像投行那样看重年龄。曾在咨询公司实习过，相对我还是更喜欢金融。国内外差别看来特别大，国内的经验用处不太大，我得抓紧出去。那我还是选择一年制MSF吧。

我建议还是找目标学校的在读或毕业的人聊聊，看看这几年后毕业的和你类似吗？否则学校名气再大也就这样了，特别是一年的项目，伦敦竞争还是很惨烈的。PE、买方很多人都想去的，没那么简单。

You ask some good questions and your profile seems to be quite interesting. I think you also have a very good detailed life plan too.

1. You can get into a good business school without any prior international experience. Of course, it is always good if you do what you CAN during your work in China to seek international opportunities.

2. This depends on your goals. Usually, even in Europe, people finish their MSF in their 20s and go to their career. But everything depends on where you are at that time (which is hard to predict). You may find, for example, that at that point in your career, an MSF is no longer helpful (because you have too much knowledge), but that an MBA might be the right thing for you.


Whatever you decide, I wouldn’t worry took much, as you do have a good basis.
