Hello there,
You ask some good questions and your profile seems to be quite interesting. I think you also have a very good detailed life plan too.
1. You can get into a good business school without any prior international experience. Of course, it is always good if you do what you CAN during your work in China to seek international opportunities.
2. This depends on your goals. Usually, even in Europe, people finish their MSF in their 20s and go to their career. But everything depends on where you are at that time (which is hard to predict). You may find, for example, that at that point in your career, an MSF is no longer helpful (because you have too much knowledge), but that an MBA might be the right thing for you.
Whatever you decide, I wouldn’t worry took much, as you do have a good basis.
