from an academic point of view, both are "water".

be more exact, the statistics one is 50% water (since the core, consist of 5 course over 10 course, is at senior bachelor level)
and the actuarial one will be even more if one don't waive any core through SoA exam (9 core / 12 course in total are at bachelor level, i.e. 75%), and it's in the school of continuing education.
