Fordham 3/30/2015 MSGF interview with Chris Gao

是不是大家都面完了.. 不过还是发个面经攒RP啦 希望能拿到dream school的interview 就当造福下一届

提前两天收到面试邮件 面试约的是10点 Chris先生9:50来加Skype好友 然后跟我说大概要晚10 mins
等到差不多10:13的时候打了过来 一开始connection不太好 后来断开又打了两次才好。。不过Chris人很好 没生气什么的
好啦 现在说问题：

他先介绍了自己的身份，说自己是Fordham毕业的，今天面你MSGF
1. briefly introduce yourself..
2. asked about internship experience [all of them, so better to be prepared and know everything you have on your resume]
3. Extracurricular activities [all of them]
4. Leadership experience
5. travelling experience
6. have you ever been to new york? What do you think of your new life there? Challenges & Opportunities
7. One word to describe yourself

Interview之前在论坛里做了一些面经的调查，下面是总结之前好心人发的一些被问到的问题：

1.     Introduce yourself (cover academic background, related intership experience[don't go into detail], hobbies, etc)

2.     Parents’ occupation

3.     Internship experience [what did you do and what did you learn from it]

a.     Biggest challenge during internship

b.      Leadership experience

4.     Short term goal/long term goal (plans after graduation)

5.    What did you learn in your corporate financeclass?

a.    Definition of IRR/YTM.

b.    Bond, stock, CAPM definitions

6.    Did you take any accounting class?

7.    I notice you have taken lots of finance courses, did you take any quantitative courses?

8.    What’s your favorite finance class? Why? What did you learn from it? [better to know every class]

9.    Why US? Why Fordham? Why finance? Why MSGF? Which finance area? Why?

10.  How would your friends describe you?

11.  Describe yourself in three words

12.  Whatare some of the advantages to study in America?

13.  How would you balance your work and life at NYC?

Most important thing: Make sure you know everything on your resume
