I'm obviously biased... But BC has a very good MSF program and strong alumni base. Not sure how much they are willing to help you out compared to Villanova. For you, I really think it's fine to take either. You have working experience and are just using MSF to make it stronger. The story for H1B and sponsorship is the same in every school if you wanted to land a job in the U.S. You have to network very hard.

One thing I can tell you though, you won't regret coming to Villanova if you do choose to come. I miss my time there day and night.

实际上我觉得，BC在国内也没啥太大名气，还不如BU。。国外的话，大家也不太看综排，所以我还是推荐LZ去nova，校友资源啊career service啊都比BC高到不知道哪里去了
