漫长的申请季即将过去，回顾起来，重要的是更深的自我认知，和更多的值得学习的朋友。

不好意思，发现太容易沉了，所以回复可见吧。背景：G710, T 110+, MNC, 5w/e


后补：非常感谢CD的帮助，我已拿到dream school的offer~~~   最终6所学校中，2 in, 2 WL, 2 ding.  (由于面试中很瓜三的状况，就不透露去向了，嘿嘿....)

另有一些朋友询问楼主的G点不高，为什么能拿S16的面试。我觉得可能是以下几点：
1. Company name(行业NO.1)
2. Oversea working experience(虽然只有1年)
3. Career progression(多次升职)
4. Interpersonal skill(面试也就是让人喜欢你...)
5. 还有，楼主是MM
But，由于G点低，楼主在申请过程中很痛苦，而且是progressively painful....。所以建议大家千万不要忽视G。



Tuck: 2nd-year, Skype, blind + language interview with Susan

画外音：过年晕了头, 记错时间面试no show... 心塞。没想到竟然有second chance, T T... Tuck真的好温暖，好感动..... 而且面试官颜值破表，当场就hold不住了....

面试结构非常清晰，三部分：

一、关于我的工作：问怎么看行业？怎么看公司？你觉得公司的可以提高的地方在哪里？如何提高？
                             职位升迁是公司安排还是自己规划？你最喜欢做过的哪一个职位？why?
                             工作内容具体是什么？ some follow-ups.

二、关于CG/MBA:    ST/LT? why? how they are related to your current job?
                             Why MBA? Why Tuck? What perspectives can you bring to Tuck? What clubs, profs, courses are you interested in?

三、Behavior Qs:    Failure story?  Characteristics of a good team?


Darden: AO, Skype, 纯blind (AO连简历都没有)

画外音：如果我说我又no show了，大家相信么... 是的，我又no show了... TTTTT.... AO Nice得一塌糊涂，第二天再面.... 怎么都这么Nice!!! AO声音超好听，当场就hold不住了....

由于AO连简历都没有，所以面试基本上从小时候，到学校，工作，工作的变化，统统问了个遍。对过去和现在了解之后，自然过渡到未来的计划和why MBA, why Darden.

无behavior Qs. (由于我的亮点在leadership和team work经历，所以介绍工作及变化时，赶紧把对leadership, teamwork认知的提升塞了进去。)

Outside of work: your hobbies?


Duke: 2nd-year, face to face, blind.

画外音：duke会尽量安排背景相同的面试官，但我的面试官临时有事，换了非相同背景的。又是帅哥，当场就hold不住了....

一、无自我介绍。

二、Commitment相关：跟哪些alum聊过？收获了什么？Why Duke? How do you differentiate yourself? How to contribute?

三、CG相关：ST/LT, lots of challenges and whys

四、Behavior Qs: leadership experience

五、What obstacles do you expect when getting in?

六、Some extracurricular experience & follow-ups.


Ross: alum, face to face, blind.

画外音：安排了相同背景的面试官，alum超级超级Nice，就算问why也是笑眯眯的，交流式的。聊了2个半小时。

一、team exercise感受？有遇到不喜欢的人吗？table有aggressive的人吗？你怎么处理的？

二、自我介绍 + follow-ups

三、Why MBA? since your career develops quite well, why not stay at your company? LT/ST goals? Why, why why? Have you talked with people in your future industry? Why do you think you can make it? Why why why...  Why not directly to your future industry? Why Ross? How to contribute?

四、Behavior:  Failure story? Leadership style? and your gap to a good leader? Team experience?  

五、How you do think I should recommend you?

六、关了笔记本，敞开聊industry，lots lots of follow-ups


LBS: alum, face to face, not blind.

画外音：alum超认真，整个package全看过，concern提前都画出来了。超淑女，超敬业。LBS果然是美女扎堆.....

一、无自我介绍。直接问现在的工作，之前的工作，工作的转化动因。lots of follow-ups

二、问enterpreneurial spirit？difference between large firms & start-ups? (LT goal写的创业) why ST goal? specific firms? how much do you know these firms? Lots of follow-ups

三、Why LBS? How to choose between HSW and LBS? any concerns about LBS?

四、Details in essays, like some clubs and competitions I mentioned. Lots of exchange of ideas.

五、International experience? how to deal with culture conflict?

六、How to deal with people with strong opinions?

七、Presentation. 题目不方便透露，考察的主要是thinking pattern & logic.


Cornell: AO, 不知道是不是blind.

画外音： AO是一位慈祥的老太太，非常Nice，一直鼓励你，赞同你。

一、自我介绍。中途打断follow-up，对我的工作非常感兴趣(汗..) lots of detailed Qs

二、Why MBA? Why Cornell? How to contribute?

三、Short-term goal。竟然没问long-term... 非常关注ST goal的可实现行

四、Behavior:  leadership experience? how to engage others(team work)? international exposure?
