(正確答案a，應該改成 indicates）

我對正確答案沒有什麽疑問。但是選項b是否也有錯誤，應該是approximately?如果它修飾形容詞every，那麽應該使用approximately。如果它修飾22 years，也應該使用approximately。

此題正確答案d，但是我認爲a也是正確的。只不過a和d含義有所不同。

a可以理解為：與其他物質相比，活的生物體含有更多水。（比較的是主語）

d可以理解為：活的生物體含有更多水，而不是含有其它物質。（比較的是賓語）

1. the right answer is "B".  The word "statistics" here does notrefer to the scientific field that we all know but, on the contrary, itrefers to "statistical data". Therefore it is a plural noun.  Onthe other hand, an adverb should be used before the word " every",therefore we need to use " approximately" rather than"approximate".  If "A" is really given as the official answer,this is misleading.

2. "D" is the only correct answer here.  "A" looks veryattactive,  but it is an incorrect answer. Inserting "A" intothe  sentence would make "any other substance" an subject in thesentence. However, we should not forget that "any other substance" is asingular noun phrase, which would not be compatible with the verb "do".
