阅读就是提高不上去，求教

总是听前辈讲考试时阅读感觉分数太低。我在做pp和delta时就有这种感觉。
请高手们赐教。
例如下面这道pp细节题

我认为是选B,是否答案给错了？stars similar to the Sun中stars不会指太阳系中的其它和地球一样围绕太阳转的金木水火土了吧？请大家指正。
