I am sorry not to finish my question:

我已在美国。有意申请Northwest, Cornell & Yale 的第三轮， 请问各大侠，还有戏吗？

sure. it's at least better than another year waiting. My experience told that essays are really important. If you have to start from sratch from now, that'll be a lot of work for you to catch the deadlines while assuring the quality of essays. Statistically, R3 may have low admittance rate.

Do you know one of the three schools' R3 situation, especially forint'l students? Actually, the timing  would be too tight to submitall of them.
