some schools offer admission & scholarship at the same time, others will offer it in a later stage without additional application for the scholarship so long as you indicate needs for scholarship. I have not encountered schools where you need to apply for scholarship in a separate process (sorry, I only applied for a handful, so not in the best position to comment)
