sorry i have different thoughts....if one has made his/her mind to study abroad this year, he/she should try every effort to apply, even it's 3rd. The most important thing is "why now?" If one can come up with a strong and clear answer, I believe he/she can write persuasive essays to convince the adcom. One has to buy the lottery first before he/she wins the rewards. But admittedly, it's tougher to get in if you apply 3rd round, but who knows.....good luck to you all!!
