因为刚好看到楼上的解答，觉得不好。是这样的，E问是否电话公司会垄断cable service，文章回答了这个问题unfair advantage来自于电话公司已经垄断了电话线，所以CABLE公司才担心电话公司会垄断整个CABLE市场。但是C问的是电话公司是否在电话业务上有PROFIT，这个CABLE公司不会关心。
