答案A为何不对？回避了时态的问题，望大牛指教

后面有since  1890，完成时态的重要标志。

小弟是这么想的：

选项A中用的是一个词组，所以since并不会影响到时态的问题

如果B中是过去完成时，那么也没有问题，但并不能因为有since就一定要牵强的用现在完成时啊

请nn指点
