First of all CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Second, well there’s no single answer here. On the one hand Big four is good, but not amazing (it’s not McKinsey, and there are a lot of Big four people). L’Oreal could be good, but it depends on your chances for advancement. My personal advice is that both or either can be good, but choose the one that 1. offers you a better salary 2. offers you more promotion/leadership opportunities 3. where you think you would perform better 4. where you think you would enjoy it more.

Kind of classical advice, but it makes sense I think
