Ivey原来计划二月在中国和我做面试, 后来应我要求, 在今晚和我做了一个35分钟的电话面试, 主要内容如下.

1.  你挑选MBA Program的考虑是什么?

2.  What can you contribute to the Ivey MBA Program?

3.  What do you expect to gain from the Ivey MBA Program?

4.  Your understanding on Teamwork and Leadership?

5.  Tell me about one person whom you see as a good leader.  And why?

6.  Describe a situation when you presented an idea to a team.

7.  Greatest achievement

8.  Most difficult decision

9.  Describe a situation when you were a member of a team that did not do well.  What have you learned from this experience?

10.Describe your experience in dealing with multicultural difference.

11.Do you have anything to add to your resume?

12.What did you learn and acquire in your past career?

13.Any questions?

The interviewer, Ms. Maura Pare, is a member of the Admissions Committee.  She is a very nice lady.  She spoke English very clearly so that it was easy for me to understand her questions.  By the way, she kept taking notes during the interview.
