Very difficult indeed!
The main thing is that you should approach the question with an open mind. Don’t just give them some boring essay about your career history, but tell them about YOU, about your dreams, your personality, your achievements. Come at them with a good MIX of professional and personal aspects. Also, approach the essay from the perspective of 1. The Adocm 2. Your peers. (Meaning try and figure out what you can CONTRIBUTE to the school, AND to your classmates)
