That is the relationship between China and America.the governing elites of both countries should be able to maintain it at a minimum level. And the difficulty is the presidents of America and China cannot meet often enough.

T2 1.55 the ansia-pacific commison has agreed to build regional free trade frame ,and this would help to promote the development of the economy in this region.
T3 1.48 to achieve the goal, more collective efforts should be made among the members.china invest a lot financially to enhance the transport and trade in other countries.
T4 1.47 america should spend more attention on ansia  and shift from other places to china.
T5 2.45 other countries except china also need additional attention .they all made progress over the past years.
T6 1.31 china and america need deeper cooperation ,however,this is not easy to realize.
