对于去美国学会计硕士的一些疑惑

diy的同学了不起啊加油。我看那些学校的截止日期还行，你也别那么着急啦。可以多向老师同学征求想法什么的，忽然灵感可能就来了。

名校的水专业？比如？我不是很了解啊，我也想走这个路来着。欧洲的话就不考虑来了，因为很想去美国念书，但是只想去欧洲旅游。 我觉得换专业 是不是 不太好 写essay什么的，因为没有实习经历什么的支撑，所以水专业也难申 啊觉得有点。

恩，我也想工作几年再回国。我觉得如果在国外工作的话，看CD帖子就是地理位置比较重要，然后 剩下的，努力努力的在哪都能找到好工作，回国的话，国内的人对于国外学校了解的人不多，除了那些能叫名字特别响亮的，剩下的 肯定也不咋知道。不过想想也都是一种经历和体验了。希望能有好的运气吧，去一个啥啥都好的，哈哈哈。

不是被鄙视，我说的那些学校 是五六十的，而且没什么宗派，反正 各有各的不好。我一直都想去美国，我也知道是一种人生经历和体验，但是有时候人就想要 最好的，希望一切 都能达到最好。已经申请了一些学校了，但是 其实 并不清楚自己到底想要什么。⊙﹏⊙b汗

DIY is indeed something simple if you had really think about your career plan. if one need an agent, that means that one is not really 100% ready..

P.S. when you profile is not good enough, you cannot be that selective.........

one simple question here is: why US (only)? since everyone want to go to US or whatever?

我说中文你能看的懂是么，那我就中文回复你了。不知道，可能看美剧看多了，高中就特别想去美国。没有想好什么职业规划，充其量就是想去4大，但是我又觉得那不是我想要的。想毕业去投行吧，但是 又不知道去读研究生该上什么专业。 其实我挺纠结的。
是啊，我也知道，背景不高的时候就不应该挑剔，但是人都是希望好一些，所以会造成一些纠结。

the reason why (on CD) people said that the location is the most important is most of them did not get into top enough university, which have on-campus recuirtment and/or powerful enough to pass through CV check regardless of location.
counterexample is Cornell, Michigan is still solid top tier even the location is...........well.....still a problem but not a major one.

我知道好学校不差 地理位置，但是我去不上Umich啊啊啊，我要是去上我也心甘情愿呢。 谢谢同学的耐心答复，感激涕零啊。同学你英文好好啊，难不成你是华裔？看得懂中文，不会写中文？

1. getting to i-bank is more difficult to getting into big 4 in general, much more.
2. what your profile missing is not TOFEL, it is indeed your career path.

when you have your further plan, it will be much more easier in writing a good PS, which is indeed telling the story of your own.
when you have your further plan, it will be much clearly about school selection - you know which location have the industry you target, which are the target recuirtment university of those company
when you have your further plan, job hunting will be easier - you know what to prepare (the skillset the industry emphasis), you know if that type of position need international students much or not, you know what type of position (and likely style of interview) you will want to apply and thus focus and dont waste time.
