三遍,后面几个问题听得比较模糊。
An interview with two authors, former managers of **,about the new book. The topic first focuses on hire process in Google. The authors introduce that Google have a hire system to recognize not only normally talent people but also abnormally talent ones who may never go to college but special, or some great people lack of some opportunities. Like a couch, they detect somebody who are creative, interesting, and have insight for Google. And another author states passion is important and how to detect it.后面的比较模糊。It seem the host ask some relation between google’s products and the hire system. And the author states an example of cellphone……

em market is not related to the economic growth.
some countries' economy is get worse but their em market is not.
em market is now grow slowly

重新做了一下越障,思路稍稍清晰了。
although western countries suffer economy crisis, their em markets do not suffer and is outperformed.
because the em market is not related to the real economy situation of the country.
west investors prefer to invest in the emerging market in the past years, but now the em market in the emerging market is grow more slowly and some other factors affect the growth of em market in emerging market. So it may be not a wise decision for western investors to invest more in the emerging market.
