新人求助！关于推荐信表格的填写！

不知道合不合适，但是想请问一下：


1，老师填的推荐表里，I have rated the applicant by comparison with _____ other students......during the last _____ years. 这里，大家填的是多少呢？应该怎样填？


2，I would recommend the applicant*s admission to a comparable graduate program at my own university:
Without reservation/ With certain reservations/ Not at all/ No comparable program exists/ Not applicable 这个选第一个会不会太自大了。。。


3，Overall aptitude for advanced research:
Among the top 5%/ Among the top 10%/ Among the top 25%/ Above average/ Below average/ Not applicable 虽然知道5%是最牛逼的选项，但是没有申请经验，不知道是谦虚一点好还是直接说老子地上最强！这样。。。


4，。。。。。。我想都选outstanding。这样科学吗？开玩笑开玩笑，rating部分大家有average甚至below average的选项吗？

关于第四点没有说清楚，就是rating部分，创造力、动力、独立工作能力等等。。等级分别是outstanding/above average/average/below average/not applicable
