Another reason caused price plumbing is the oversupply due to regular supply from OPEC countries and extra supply from non-OPEC countries such as Russia. OPEC countries which was producing below the regular output are now back to normal such as Libya and Iraq.
Due to the shrinking demand, exporters need to find their ways to be more competent in the market. Some has focused their attention on Asian market, and some starts price cutting.
