The prices of property in China have declined  and cause fear of many people that the declining will have an impact on the second-largest economy country- China. However, that kind of fear is overstated. Yet many things still have to be done by the chinese government to match the supply and demand of the properties.

New regulations have forced the property-developers to start their projects even facing the fact that the supply has already exceeded the demand. Many researches have found that it will take more than one year for many cities to clear out the properties inventories. Cities such as Shenyang and Qingdao will take more than two years to do so.

The article talks about 2 important things: How does the government do to mitigate the financial risks about the increasing prices of houses in UK and what is the reason behind the increase of the prices? The government has already made some measurement to control the risk of rapidly increase of house prices. The accelerating prices of house explain in a large part by a structural  undersupply of house in the areas where demand is high.
