I got tepper's interview request this morning.

Interviewer should be James Frick

anyone ever interviewed by him or by other Tepper's staff?

Please give me sonme help, this is my first interview

General questions: why MBA, why CMU, leadership & teamwork experience. The admissions staff in CMU are very nice, so don't be too nervous. Just be yourself.

James is a very nice person, around 30. It is his first time to come to China, apart from the formal question, such as why MBA, greatest achievement in the past several years, maybe you can prepare sth. about you extracurricular activity/hobbies.

CBMW, where you prefer to conduct the interview, Shanghai or Beijing?  We can have some ideas exchange I think!

Just relax and he is really a nice person. Prepare some questions for him and dress formal.

Negative!!!

I got the interview invitation too. I schedule this interview in Beijing, Feb 16.

We know that only 1/3 to 1/2 of interviewee will be admitted to CMU. Although he is a nice person, it does not make sense, since we are not fraid of him! He is nice to every body!

2/3 of us will be dinged definitely.

Get down to prepare for the interview according to your application, everybody. "nice" is useless.
