Hi there! I hope I get this to you before that deadline passes! To answer your question, Yes, the deadline on the site is indeed the deadline for your apps. So you must, must, must get everything in by then. If you don't, they will put your application in for the NEXT round... and you don't want that. I recommend not waiting until the last minute to submit your app online. The sites have a tendency to crash right around the deadlines (as everyone is trying to submit at the same time), and you don't want to be caught in that. So give yourself a buffer of a few hours to get everything in. As for mailing stuff, you'll definitely want to look into that online. I'd say it could take a week or more. If you can, I'd send it 2 weeks ahead, JUST to be safe. And from my understanding, DHL is the best shipping service from China. GOOD LUCK!!!
