The HKU Master of Finance (MFin) Programme offeredby the Faculty of Business & Economics represents an optimal mix offundamental and cutting-edge knowledge in all areas of modern finance. TheProgramme offers three streams: 1) Corporate Finance, 2) Financial Engineeringand 3) Risk Management. Students may concentrate in one of the three areasaccording to their interests and career aspirations. Students can be awardedthe degree with double concentration in Corporate Finance and FinancialEngineering, Corporate Finance and Risk Management, or Financial Engineeringand Risk Management provided that they have successfully completed all thetwelve core courses in both areas plus two electives.

Successful graduates will enjoy a competitiveadvantage in a wide range of career opportunities in commercial and investmentbanks, brokerage and investment firms, insurance companies, treasurydepartments of non-financial corporations, regulatory agencies, and alsoconsulting and accounting firms.
