Not a swindler. Just someone trying to get Chinese people to come to his MBA program. Verrry interesting, actually. They clearly just have someone trolling CD, posting this same message to everyone. I mean, if they were to read our responses, they'd know we weren't MBA applicants! Anyway, just ignore.
