对于which跳跃修饰的困惑有没有人帮忙讲解一下 不胜感激啊亲们

关于E选项OG的解释：
Choice E, which seriously distorts meaning, says that the commission proposed development funding and that such funding could be open to the public
这里for the park 是funding 的一部分不能分割开来因而which 修饰的应该是funding 这我没有异议

因为B正确选项：
(B)that funding for development of the park, which could be open to the public early next year, be
which 修饰的就是the park..
这里我有问题了，为什么which 此处修饰的是park?

首先这个应该不是最新OG，亦或是13thOG的题目，查阅了一下貌似是10th的~~
G也在不断改进，比如会删去一些具有争议性的题目-来贴合G的逻辑游戏规则~~
这是个老题了一直在争议，也没出结果。个人建议避开这种meaningless trap~~focus on the latest version OG

不过我又仔细想了想，说出来你听听呗

development funding for the park中，for the park 是用来修饰 development funding的，并且for the park这部分要想表达句意也只能放在这里，所以which 修饰的是funding

(B)that funding for development of the park, which could be open to the public early next year, be
这里that funding for development of the park虽然for development of the park 也是用来修饰funding 的，但是可以 for development of the park，that funding这样来更好的表达，所以这里which 是就近修饰park <呀！完了 我又钻牛角尖了！development of the park 中修饰的部分不应该是development吗？因为of the park是用来修饰development 的。。。。可是我貌似看到好多总结里面说A of B，which 修饰的是B 。。。。怎么办我又凌乱了》
