想问一下，og13里的20题。
我在做逻辑链的时候，尤其是patient那个人的argument.

Patient: your position is inconsistent with your usual practice. You prescribe many medications that you know have serious side effects, so concern about side effects cannot be the real reason you will not prescribe melationin.

这个argument 的conclusion是 the physician's position is inconsistent with usual practice. 还是 concern about side effects can't be the real reason ?

个人觉得第一句比较好。inconsistent那句话包含了说最后那句话的意思。但意思上比最后一句内容更多。第一句话讲到了言行不一致， 最后句讲： 副作用不是真正考虑因素。      医生说考虑副作用，结果病人认为副作用不是主要因素， 所以才说医生言行不一致
