Good b-schools don't provide on-line study program because it's hard to guarantee educational quality. GMAT 710 is quite enough for C-M.

If you are in CT then you should go to NYU.  It is top 3 for PT and the distance makes sense.  You can go to the Westchester campus (I don't know where's Farmington but Westchester might be closer to you).

710 is more than enough for Part Time.  art time is a cash COW for Stern.  They pretty much take anyone who has a job (even better if you're sponsored).  

I know people who got in with 620 and 650 GMAT for Stern PT.  One works for a large fortune 500 and another an investment bank.
