2、German and British government use the propaganda to say what they want and control the opinions they dislike and this greatly influence the democracy.
3\the American government is target of propaganda. The CPI use propaganda to a great extent that it almost destroy the democracy.
4\Nowadays people also use  some method to supervise and collect information. Obama has shown objection to media.

2、5’41” The standards for a doctoral degree in some field is very strict and hard to complish even given a long term. The author said that its not shame to be an ABD.
